  1. Continuing Education. It has been said that “leaders are learners.” We could not agree more! The moment you stop learning, you stop growing as a leader. Learning comes in various forms. You could be reading, attending a local workshop, attend a virtual webinar, seek to advance your degree, listen to podcasts, etc. The avenues of continuing education are ENDLESS, but unless you utilize them, you stop growing as a leader.
